Commenting on the news Adrian Desmond said: "I am delighted to have been elected to Chair the Forum of which I have been a member since it was founded. The Forum contains senior members of the Claimant Personal Injury profession across some 20 different firms around the Country and has an important connection with the US in its Honorary President Attorney Richard Grand. The Forum will continue to promote excellence in personal injury practice by sharing experience among its members and expressing informed views among the wider personal injury world."
