Tina's Case 2007

A claim for compensation arising out injuries sustained at birth and caused by a lack of care in treatment during delivery. The Claimant, who is severely disabled, has dystonic tetraplegic cerebral palsy with significant learning difficulties. She was 8 years of age at the date of settlement and received an award of £5,800,000.
